Each class has a class correspondent, class correspondents meet once a month in each school with the principal of their section. One or two coordinators manage the APE activities within each school. Coordinators partake in the monthly council meeting and feed back the different information of their school.

Minutes are made of each of these minutes and are distributed to parents by email by the class correspondents. These minutes are also downloadable on this web site. The list of class correspondents is also available on this site.

Downloading of some documents is reserved to looged in parents of the school.
